As a native Arizonan and a Spanish speaker Dr. Najera works closely with all of our patients in Tucson and Sierra Vista. She is a comprehensive Ophthalmologist with a special interest in Cataract Surgery, Laser Vision Correction and Glaucoma Treatment.
Dr. Najera received her undergraduate degree from Columbia University and a master's degree in education from Harvard University. After working in the financial sector for sometime, Dr. Najera decided to pursue a career in medicine and graduated from the University of Wisconsin Medical School in 2001. She completed her ophthalmology residency at the Eye Institute of the Medical College of Wisconsin in 2006.
She now lives in Tucson, Arizona with her husband and two children. |
